Introducing The Behavioral Wellness Co.

Where behavioral science meets women’s wellness

Supporting Women in Midlife

The Behavioral Wellness Co. provides guidance and support to women in midlife who want to make meaningful improvements in their health and well-being.

Midlife often brings competing demands, shifting priorities, and changes in health and energy - which can be compounded by the transitions through perimenopause and menopause.

We work with women to clarify what matters most, and to support steady movement towards goals that support long-term well-being and healthy aging.

When your goals are supported by systems that fit your life, change becomes possible - and lasting.

Our work focuses on helping you build practical, personalized systems that make it easier to follow through, adapt as life changes, and sustain progress over time.

Supporting Well-Being Across Midlife

Women come to The Behavioral Wellness Co. with a range of goals and priorities related to their health and well-being. While each client’s work is individualized, common areas of focus include:

  • Supporting changes in energy, sleep, movement, and overall health that often emerge in midlife, including the transitions through perimenopause and menopause.

  • Managing competing responsibilities, reducing overwhelm, and creating space for recovery and balance.

  • Building consistent routines and addressing difficulties with follow-through, even when motivation or time is limited.

  • Navigating shifts in identity, responsibilities, and priorities, including career changes, caregiving, and evolving family roles.

Meaningful change begins with a clear sense of purpose.

At the core of this work is a simple idea: most women already have a strong sense of what they want for their health and their lives. What is often missing is a clear, structured way to make those intentions work in the context of everyday life.

The goal of our work is not to create dependence on ongoing support, but to help women develop the skills, systems, and confidence needed to sustain meaningful change over time. Through a structured, individualized process, clients learn how to build routines, adapt to changing circumstances, and continue making progress independently.

“Most women already have a clear vision of the life they want to create. Lasting change comes from bringing that vision into everyday life - and building systems that support it.”
